KTM manipulation

This is one of my favoriate manuplations.
Here the stocks i used is:

I manipulated all this images, I used smudge for skin and hair.

And use nik collection, camera raw filter and oil paint for this awesome effects.

Lastly, for the burnout effect I selected the wheel part then, I go to filter>blur>radial blur, then i used smoke their.. and the manuplation happened.
